Start an exercise plan right now!
Add 20 minutes everyday to your daily work out. If you don’t currently work out, that just means start at 20 minutes. It’s not much and does not have to be done strenuously or at the gym. Exercise can be done anywhere. The world is your play ground. What do you like to do? Do it! Here are some simple tips to help you get started:
1. Check your fitness level- How far can you comfortably walk, run, swim, what ever?
2. Make an exercise plan-Commit to doing something you like for an additional 20 minutes almost everyday.
3. Find an exercise buddy- This is really important. This can be simple. Go out at the same time everyday to exercise. You will see some of the same people everyday. Say hello, they are your buddy! If you can’t find one, make one by joining an exercise group. This can be a sport or class.
4. Choose types of exercise to do- You have to like what you are doing. Music can make almost anything fun.
