Letter sent Monday to William F. Farley, CEO of Zrii, by the company’s top 7 distributors of its nutritional and wellness drink. The distributors were fired on Thursday and company cofounders and top executives resigned.
Dear Mr. Farley:
It is with great regret we find ourselves having to write this letter.
However, after much consideration, we have concluded there is no alternative. You should know we elected to dedicate our professional lives to Zrii and, in its pursuit, sacrifice our personal lives because of a story that captured our hearts and minds. The primary component of that story was you.
We were wooed by your constant and continued representations to be, among other things, a sound businessman, financially vast, integrity-driven and, above all, philanthropic. Your representations made for an ideal platform upon which we could feature our individual and collective skill sets.
Each of us believed in you and, as a result, walked away from our respective businesses and significant incomes. We risked everything on you and your word as a man of honor.
We now know your story was fabled and your words are hollow. Our decisions to follow you were made in vain.
We can ill-afford to continue our affiliation with you. Your behavior, both in your personal and professional life, neither represents the ideals and principles of our team nor our brand. To continue our association with you would not only represents a severe compromise in principle, but would also put every IE’s [independent executive's] family at great risk. As trusted stewards of this opportunity, we cannot allow this to happen – we will not allow this happen.
We request you immediately remove yourself as the CEO of Zrii.
This is the only chance we have for the continued opportunity to tens of thousands of average, everyday Americans, Canadians and Mexicans who have placed their hopes and dreams in us for a better tomorrow.
If there exists even a thread of decency in your character, you will honor this request. It is the right thing to do.
Should you choose to reject our request, we will be forced to dismantle the entire field, leader-by-leader, and take our talents to another network marketing company.
In all practicality, once that process begins, Zrii will cease to exist within 30 days.
Additionally, we will be further motivated to pursue any and all legal claims against you, personally, for lost compensation.
Sincerely,
Jason Domingo Tyler Daniels Marcell Niederhauser Seth Mulder Marc Shinsato Robert Gonzalez Andreas Boettcher

Network Marketing is business and those that “take some time” don’t last very long.
It is an action business, a word of mouth business and for the successful, it is all about “buzz”.
Unfortunately, the “buzz around Zrii is bad and no matter how good “the good guys” are their actions can not “spin” the word of mouth advertising that has Zrii’s Top leaders running and taking as many(confused)distributors along with them as they can.
Unfortunately, it’s the “good guys” that are asking people to stay that will unwilling lead the dedicated to slaughter.
